Sarang Business OS Lite
Last updated: 2026. By downloading, installing, or using Sarang Business OS Lite ("Sarang"), you agree to these terms. The in-app license agreement shown during installation is part of these terms.
Sarang is free to use for the first 12 months from the date you activate your license key. After that, continued use requires a paid annual license: ₹599/year in India, or $29/year internationally. If you installed Sarang before this term was introduced, your copy remains free for as long as you already had it, exactly as originally provided — this term applies only to installs downloaded from the point this policy took effect.
A license key is tied to one device (one PC or laptop) at a time. Replacing your hardware and re-activating the same key on a new device is fully supported — it does not require contacting us. Using the same key across multiple devices simultaneously is not permitted under this license.
If your free year or paid license period ends without renewal, Sarang does not lock you out of your data. You retain full access to view, search, print, export, and back up everything you've already entered. Only the creation of new invoices and similar billable documents is affected until you renew.
You own the data you enter into Sarang — it lives on your device and we do not claim any right to it. You may install and use Sarang for your own business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or represent Sarang as your own product, and you may not attempt to circumvent the licensing mechanism.
Sarang is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including the accuracy of tax, GST, or other statutory calculations — you are responsible for verifying figures used for tax filing or other legal/financial purposes before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AszureX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of Sarang — including anything arising from the license verification, expiration, or renewal process described above.
Indian renewals are processed through Razorpay. International renewals are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for that transaction — meaning Lemon Squeezy, not AszureX, is the legal seller for international purchases, and your statement will show their name. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting pricing or licensing will be disclosed clearly, not buried — consistent with how these terms are written today.
