License payments are non-refundable. Because Sarang is fully offline-first, you can try its complete feature set — every module, every business type, full functionality with no limits — free for 100 days before a payment is ever required, so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay. Once a license renewal is charged, we do not issue refunds for it, including if you decide not to continue using Sarang, change your business type, or move to a different device mid-year.
A Sarang license is a single annual charge, not an auto-renewing subscription — there is nothing to "cancel" in the recurring-billing sense. If you don't renew when your license period ends, Sarang simply continues in its existing free-tier behavior: all your existing data stays fully accessible (viewable, printable, exportable), only creating new invoices is affected until you choose to renew.
Renewals made outside India are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The non-refundable policy above still applies to these purchases.
