AszureX ("we", "us") builds custom software, implements ERP and CRM systems, and provides technical support and delivery-partner services for businesses. This policy explains what personal data this website and our client engagements collect, why, and your rights over it. We are the data controller (in India's terms, the data fiduciary) for the data described here.
Contact form (Contact): your name, email, company (optional), enquiry type and message. Used to reply to you and, for delivery-partnership enquiries, to evaluate the partnership. Basis: your consent in sending the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Consultation booking: the "Book a 30-minute call" section on the Contact page is a Calendly widget. Calendly, not AszureX, collects the scheduling details you enter there (name, email, chosen time), under Calendly's own privacy policy. We receive your booking so we can meet you at that time.
Job applications: if you apply to a role, we collect your name, email, phone, the position, your experience, a cover letter and your résumé (a file), to evaluate your application. Basis: consent (your application) and our legitimate interest in recruitment. We keep applications for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are actively considering you for a role.
Client and project data: if you engage us for a project, we collect further business, technical and contact information as needed to deliver that engagement, under the separate contract (MSA, SOW or similar) you sign with us — that contract, not this page, governs project data, confidentiality and IP.
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to see how visitors use it — pages viewed, approximate location, device type — via cookies and similar technology. We do not use this to identify you personally. You can block this with your browser's cookie settings, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on; the site works the same either way. Some images on our pages are served from Unsplash, which can see your IP address when a page loads, the same as any website you visit.
Zoho Mail (email, India), Google (Analytics; Google Fonts, which loads this page's font), Calendly (call scheduling), and Render (hosts this website). They handle data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. Some store data outside India, so your information can be processed in other countries.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave, by emailing contact@aszurex.com. We will reply within 30 days. These are the rights India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you, and, if you are in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the rights under the GDPR. For a complaint, write to the same address with "Grievance" in the subject; if unresolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your own country's data protection authority.
Our servers use encrypted connections, and access to the data above is limited to us and the people who help us deliver our services. This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
